Health Areas We Are Unable to Care For:

  • Health Areas We Are Unable to Care For Controlled Medication - We do not prescribe chronic controlled medications such as opioids or benzodiazepines, and do not carry them in our office.

  • Obstetrics (care during pregnancy and childbirth) - We are experienced at caring for many issues related to pregnancy, however we require expectant mothers to regularly see an OB/GYN or midwife as they provide specialized and important care.

  • Fracture Management and Long Term Wound Care - We feel that this is best done by the experts, and so we have arranged low cash prices for casting with local specialists.

  • Medicaid patients - Unfortunately, Colorado law prohibits us from contracting privately with patients receiving Medicaid or CHP.

  • Medical Services Outside Our Office - Our membership is not health insurance, and so any care received outside our office (for example, at a specialist, surgeon, hospital, ER, etc) is not included in membership.

  • No, we do not bill insurance. That’s how we keep costs low and care simple. However, you can still use insurance for services outside of our practice, like labs, imaging, or specialty care

  • Our services are available to anyone, regardless of insurance status. However, we do recommend "catastrophic coverage," or a low-cost, high-deductible insurance plan to cover emergencies, in addition to your membership.

  • Yes. You can cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice. No long-term contracts. No hidden fees.
