Healthcare Areas We Are Unable to Care For:
Controlled Medications - We do not prescribe chronic controlled medications such as opioids or benzodiazepines, and do not carry them in our office.
Obstetrics (care during pregnancy and childbirth) - We are experienced at caring for many issues related to pregnancy, however we require expectant mothers to regularly see an OB/GYN or midwife as they provide specialized and important care.
Fracture Management and Long Term Wound Care - We feel that this is best done by the experts, and we will arrange your care with specialists that’s convenient for you.
Medicaid and Medicare patients - Unfortunately, state law prohibits us from contracting privately with patients receiving Medicaid/Medicare.
Medical Services Outside Our Office - Our membership is not health insurance, and so any care received outside our office (for example, at a specialist, surgeon, hospital, ER, etc) is not included in membership.

It’s easy! Members can call, message or use our online portal to self schedule appointments with your doctors. Most visits can happen the same or next day; no long waits.

Absolutely. We offer secure telehealth visits via phone or video, included with your membership, so you can get care from wherever you are.

No, we do not bill insurance. That’s how we keep costs low and care simple. However, you can still use insurance for services outside of our practice, like labs, imaging, medications, or specialty care

Our services are available to anyone, regardless of insurance status. However, we do recommend "catastrophic coverage," or a low-cost, high-deductible insurance plan to cover emergencies, in addition to your membership.
