I love to teach and talk to patients about their health, to help them understand the “why,” and to educate patients to make informed and shared decisions.

No, we do not bill insurance. That’s how we keep costs low and care simple. However, you can still use insurance for services outside of our practice, like labs, imaging, medications, or specialty care

Our services are available to anyone, regardless of insurance status. However, we do recommend "catastrophic coverage," or a low-cost, high-deductible insurance plan to cover emergencies, in addition to your membership.
